BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL!
Preparation time 30 mins - 4 meal-sized bowls
This bowl recipe is super fresh, nutritious and versitile. The rice, the vegetables and the dressing can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
Choose your ingredients and create your own delicious bowl.
GRAINS AND VEGETABLES
In a pan on medium heat cook onions for 10 mins and then add, carrots and corn. Cook for 5 minutes.Then add the rice. Stir well. Turn off heat.
CORIANDER TOFU
2 tbsp. Olive or coconut oil
1 lb Organic Medium Tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes or chicken.
2 tbsp coriander pesto, or alternative marinade
In a pan preheated on medium high heat add oil and sear the tofu cubes until crispy on all sides.
MISO DRESSING
1/4 cup shiro MIso
1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Toasted Sesame oil
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. Ginger, grated
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Blend until smoothe.
